Notices:
Strategic Direction Committee Reports: We have been getting work done, and we’d like you to see the results so far. A building audit by architect, George Berry, outlining maintenance work we must do in the future has been completed. We also have a report by Joel den Haan, outlining how we can share Rundle with the community, and enable our church be maintained affordably. Michel Berdnikoff has been busy finding funding sources for these proposed renovations.
We invite you to a meeting in the sanctuary on Tuesday May 22 at 5pm, so we can hear the reports and discuss their contents with George and Joel. We welcome your thoughts and impressions on this important work. Please speak to any member of the committee for questions on the committee.
Thrift Store: 2 RMUC volunteers are required every Saturday to facilitate a special sale of craft and souvenir items which have been donated and will appeal to tourists rather than Thrift Shop patrons. The proceeds of the craft and souvenir sales will support the Canadian Food Grains Bank. There is a sign-up sheet in the Lonsdale Lounge, please sign up for a few Saturdays to support this special initiative!
